Roles like account manager jobs, could give you the chance to go golfing as part of your job. Remember that you are representing your company on the golf course, but try to have fun.

Arriving on time is a good start. If you are late it gives the impression that you dont think the clients time is important.
Another thing to take into consideration is the way you dress. Your clothes show how you want to represent yourself and your company. Select a smart looking golfing outfit.
Give your best effort from tee off. Be a good sport, it is all about your conduct. Dont gloat, or be embarrassed, if you play a good stroke. You do not want to be overly competitive, but you should still show that you care about the game. Focus the discussion on friendly topics, with the score keeping as a background topic.
Things can get tricky if your client is cheating or is just a bad golfer. It is up to you whether you just let it go, or call their cheat. You might decide to duff a few strokes if you are winning by too much. You should be discreet in doing this though.
You want to let your client enjoy the experience and make use of the opportunity to build the relationship.
